Products and Services
Storycomb Press offers physical products, digital content, and subscription-based educational materials.
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free and reserve the right to correct any errors.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order
All payments must be completed before products are shipped unless otherwise specified (e.g., pre-orders with delayed fulfillment or organizational purchase orders).
Subscription Terms
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
After the initial subscription term (6 or 12 months), subscriptions automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the discounted subscription rate unless canceled.
6-Month Subscription Plan
The 6-month subscription plan is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum 6-month commitment.
- Customers are billed monthly for six consecutive months.
- Early cancellation is not available through the customer account during this commitment period.
Early Cancellation
If a customer requests cancellation before completing the 6-month term:
- The customer will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full monthly price for all boxes received and any remaining months in the commitment period.
- This amount will be billed immediately at the time of cancellation.
12-Month Subscription Plan
The 12-month subscription plan is offered at a greater discounted rate in exchange for a minimum 12-month commitment.
- Customers are billed monthly for twelve consecutive months.
- Early cancellation is not available through the customer account during this commitment period.
Early Cancellation
If a customer requests cancellation before completing the 12-month term:
- The customer will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full monthly price for all boxes received and any remaining months in the commitment period.
- This amount will be billed immediately at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation After Initial Term
After completing the initial 6- or 12-month commitment:
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders.
- Pre-order items are purchased before they are available for shipment.
- Estimated shipping dates will be provided but are not guaranteed.
- Payment terms (upfront or upon release) will be clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., promotional offers such as free shipping). We currently only ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Storycomb Press is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Storycomb Press is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Look around the delivery area for hidden packages
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we understand that these situations can be frustrating. Customers may contact us, and we will review requests for replacement on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and subscription fulfillment process:
- All sales are final once processed.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request assistance.
